For over 37 years, Microsoft has been changing operating systems. After booting with DOS, they piggybacked Windows 10 into it.
By the time they got to Windows 95, they didn't rely so heavily on DOS-based. Windows 98 was the last version of Windows built on only DOS as the base machine language.
Microsoft will scrap the old version to ensure customers buy the new version. There are a lot of complaints about this type of marketing creating Latest Mailing Database a basic monopoly. Microsoft addressed the complaint by coming out with what they call the final version of Windows called "Windows 10"

Here are some other common complaints and issues and how to resolve them :
1. My computer cannot play my DVD movies
As with all other Windows systems since Windows 98, Windows 10 will not automatically play DVD movies.
To solve this problem, the novice needs to install the "DVD Player" software. Microsoft has a free app that they want you to buy, but it costs $15 in the Windows Store and you can find a good job.
"VLC" is a good player with a good reputation. "Real Player" also has a nice player that will not only play DVDs, but it will also download movies from the web.
I saw the "Wonder Woman" ad on Google and while watching it, I downloaded it to play at a future date. There are other good DVD players that are free and can be found on sites like "Download.com."
2. "Microsoft Edge" is full of pop-up ads
Microsoft sells Microsoft Edge pop-up ads.
To get rid of the pop-ups just open the browser in Microsoft Edge and click on "Settings" in the top right of the app.Scroll down and click on "View advanced settings". Well, "Block pop-ups" must be turned on.
3. My Windows PC 10 seems to be slowing down
As you load more and more apps and programs, there are also code along the way that comes free and many times overlooked when downloading them.
Many anti-virus programs are aware of this free download train. Never let any antivirus program other than your main and only one. Being stacked will wear down antivirus programs against each other. They will not be used as a backup. They will slow down your computer and even take it from the beginning. You do not use other programs for the sole purpose of slowing down your machine.
Type control panel in the Windows search bar and click Uninstall a program. Highlight additional antivirus programs and any other programs you don't use, and click to highlight them, then click Uninstall to remove them—any other program.
It might be faster to reinstall Windows 10, but you'll have to reload all the apps you want. To uninstall, make sure you don't uninstall the programs you use when you're not necessarily uninstalling the programs you're using.
4. My computer takes forever to boot with Windows 10
Install more apps, and in more apps you'll be the first to fight when you start the machine.
To get all your apps on your PC, but keep them from starting when the machine starts, type task manager in the search bar, click on the Startup tab, for every app you don't need to click through each time Launch Highlights, then click Close in the lower right corner.
You can still use the app, but it just won't slow down your startup.
5. The program does not work properly
Sometimes it takes a minute or two because I've typed into the displayed text or in the browser I get "No Response" at the top of the message.
Not just in Windows 10, but in all previous versions of Windows, this is a common problem. What happens is that the cache is full.
Install Cache Cleaner Never have to constantly restart your PC to clear cache retention. There is a tool called "Free CCleaner" that is free to download and free to use.
